8 Tbsp (1/2 cup) butter, room temperature
3 Tbsp honey
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp kosher salt
Combine butter, honey, cinnamon and salt until thoroughly mixed; an electric mixer works best. Serve at room temperature with warm biscuits, bagels or muffins.

Thank you - what a wonderful idea! I’ve tried some of the recipes that we had at Stone Gate already and they were delicious. However, I did have to do a bit of guess work as to what a “stick” of butter would be in English terms. I’d be really grateful if you could let me have an equivalent in grams!
