18-22 small ice cubes, crushed
7 oz double-strength coffee, chilled
2 Tbsp vanilla, hazelnut or other coffee syrup (or to taste)
1-2 scoops vanilla or coffee ice cream
Whipped cream for garnish
Place the ice, coffee and syrup in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into tall glass; add ice cream and top with a swirl of whipped cream.
